Tommie Jay Wasserberg allowed to? maybe compelled to and be able to demonstrate in a written and practical test that they're proficient in the safe use of firearms as well? 

if there are guns in the home, gun safety needs to be included in the children's training from the time you start teaching them what they should and shouldn't be doing with things they touch.

    Absolutely. More people are killed by blunt objects than by guns, we don’t suggest that hammers be regulated, we’re not demanding a background check for a baseball bat, if you want to save lives raise the age to begin driving, because teen drivers kill more young people than guns kill people.

      Last I check medical malpractice was a greater cause of death than all the shootings in the US combined. By their logic the AMA shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine.
